Registration Fee Includes:
• Daily lunches and coffee breaks
• Bus transportation for the Technical Tour (July 21)
• Welcome Party (July 21)
• Farewell Dinner (July 23)
• Poster presentation opportunity (for academic participants only)
Limited to approximately 10 participants (first come, first served)
Payment:
Payment can be made via the registration system by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club) or by bank transfer (available only from Japanese bank accounts). If you wish to make a bank transfer from outside Japan, please contact the MIWA 2026 Secretariat (Nagoya University) via the Inquiry Form.
Cancellation Policy:
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. A full refund will be issued only if the organizers cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
